Terms of Service – Shades Resin Co

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking workshops with Shades Resin Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Orders
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of resin art, slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or booking.

3. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary. Shades Resin Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Workshops and custom orders are non-refundable.

5. Workshops & Classes
Bookings are essential. Cancellations or rescheduling require notice (recommended 48–72 hours).
Shades Resin Co reserves the right to reschedule workshops if necessary.
Participants acknowledge that resin is a chemical product and agree to follow all safety instructions.

6. Liability
Shades Resin Co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during workshops or through the use of our products, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content remain the property of Shades Resin Co and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing and communication and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
